Your personal information (e.g., full name, email address, and appointment details) is securely stored and managed by 'Setmore', our third-party booking platform. However, please keep your login credentials safe to protect your privacy.
Payment Information:
Payments are processed securely through ‘Stripe’, a third-party payment processor that complies with PCI-DSS standards. We do not store any payment information (e.g., billing address, credit card or banking details).
Users’ Personal Information:
We store certain contact information in ‘Google’ (e.g., your name, email address, Intake Form & Liability Waiver for Pilates Sessions’ (“Intake Form & Liability Waiver”)), demographic details (e.g., age, preferences), and anonymous information (e.g., responses to provided questionnaires) that you voluntarily provide. Your personal information is securely stored, and your email address is used solely for communication purposes, such as updates about your appointments or relevant services. We require the Intake Form & Liability Waiver to be updated every two (2) years to ensure your information remains current. However, if any significant changes occur, you may renew them at any time. We treat your personal information as strictly confidential. You may request its deletion at any time by emailing us. If you have not used our services for over two (2) years from your last date of use, we will securely delete your personal information. (Please note that this does not apply to third-party platforms, such as Setmore and Stripe.) Alternatively, we may anonymize your data and retain it for statistical purposes. Certain information, such as our Intake Form & Liability Waiver, may be retained for longer periods to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy, including fraud prevention, legal and regulatory compliance, reporting, and other legitimate business needs.

Additionally, we are not liable for any issues arising from photos or videos you took and shared, including any disputes or problems with others.

When you use or purchase our services, your email address is stored with us. It is used as the primary means of communications for purposes such as customer support, booking or canceling Pilates sessions, and payments.Please notify us if you update or change your email address.
Additionally, with your consent, we may use your stored email address for marketing purposes, including promoting services, products, events, newsletters and more. This is done only after receiving your consent. You can opt out receiving marketing emails at any time by written notice by email. However, if you choose to opt out of having your email address stored for purposes beyond marketing (such as for account or service-related communication), you will no longer be able to access or use our certain services.
5. Information Collection from Mat Pilates Trainees
Plié AJ Balance accepts BASI Pilates trainees to observe our services, particularly Pilates sessions. All trainees must agree to our observation policy and terms; otherwise, they will not be accepted.

If a user provides false age information to access our services, this constitutes a violation of our Terms & Conditions and Policies. The user will be removed from our system and will not be eligible for refunds of any kind.
We may occasionally offer special events or services where registered adult users may voluntarily bring their children. These events are not directed toward children, and minors may attend only as companions of the participating adult user. In such cases, we may collect limited information (e.g., the child’s name and age) solely for event management purposes. This information is not shared and is deleted in accordance with the retention period for the related user forms (e.g., event registration forms). If registration occurs through a third-party platform, the data may be retained longer according to that platform’s policies; we are not responsible for the data retention practices of third parties.
