Payments are processed securely through ‘Stripe’, a third-party payment processor that complies with PCI-DSS standards. We do not store any payment information (e.g., billing address, credit card or banking details).
Users’ Personal Information:
We store certain contact information in ‘Google’ (e.g., your name, email address, Intake Form & Liability Waiver for Booking Pilates Sessions’ (“Intake Form & Liability Waiver”)), demographic details (e.g., age, preferences), and anonymous information (e.g., responses to provided questionnaires) that you voluntarily provide. Your personal information is securely stored, and your email address is used solely for communication purposes, such as updates about your appointments or relevant services. We require the Intake Form & Liability Waiver to be updated every two (2) years to ensure your information remains current. However, if any significant changes occur, you may renew them at any time. We treat your personal information as strictly confidential. You may request its deletion at any time by emailing us. If you have not used our services for over two (2) years from your last date of use, we will securely delete your personal information. (Please note that this does not apply to third-party platforms, such as Setmore and Stripe.) Alternatively, we may anonymize your data and retain it for statistical purposes. Plié AJ Balance accepts BASI Pilates trainees to observe our services, particularly Pilates sessions. All trainees must agree to our observation policy and terms; otherwise, they will not be accepted.
