We don’t focus on fast cardio or calorie-burning workouts. Instead, we offer authentic, mindful movement that strengthens your whole body in 30–45 minutes. Expect more balance, mobility, and strength.

One of the most powerful benefits of Pilates is injury prevention.
Pilates strengthens the body in a balanced way, improving posture and muscle control. That’s why it’s practiced by everyone  from beginners to professional dancers, athletes, and performers. It builds strength safely and helps prevent future injuries.
Asami first discovered Pilates while training at a ballet studio in Japan, where it was an essential part of injury prevention. After experiencing a back injury herself, Pilates became a key part of her recovery and continues to help her prevent re-injury today.
​With her own experience, Asami deeply understands how important injury prevention is and how Pilates can support a healthy, resilient body.

Pre/Postnatal Pilates, taught by Asami, who has over 8 years of experience in Early Childhood Education (ECE) in both Japan and Canada as well as other childcare-related roles, and a Bachelor’s education in Social Work (Japan)  bringing deep care, knowledge, and understanding to every stage of life.

5. Mat Pilates Anywhere

Plié AJ Balance teaches Mat Pilates, which means you can practice anywhere!
All you need is a mat (or even a carpet or beach towel!). Your studio can be anywhere you like: under the sun at the park, by the seaside, or in your hotel room. Pilates truly fits your lifestyle.

Our goal is to provide high-quality Pilates at an affordable price.
