Holiday Buddy Pilates Promo

Now Open for Booking! 🎁🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

Details:

Bring a friend, family member, colleague or partner to any 45mins Online Group Mat Pilates class and you BOTH get the class for only $7 each! (Regular price: $10CAD)
*You and your buddy must each book the same class(es)
When: December 10–28, 2025
Where: Online via Google Meet (⚠️Google account required)
Class options: 45-min sessions — Experienced Beginner, Intermediate, or Mixed Level 
*not suitable for pre/postnatal 

How It Works:

(1) Each person books the same class separately through the booking site: 
Reserve your own spot through the booking site.
(2)Email me after booking:
Send us
  •  Both registered names: Only surname and first initial — e.g., Emma S & John S
  •  Both registered email addresses : Both email usernames (the part before the @) — e.g., for pilates@holidaypromo.com, write “pilates”
  • Booked date & time— e.g., December 10. Mixed Level 10:30am.
so we can match your reservations.
(3)Payment: 
You’ll receive a $7 payment link (each). Please complete payment at least 24 hrs before class (ET time).
(4)Class access: 
Once payment is completed, you’ll both receive your online class link within 24 hours.

If Your Buddy Can't Make It:

  • Option 1- Change booking day: 
Rebook for another day.
First, please cancel both you and your buddy's current spot on the booking site (to free up space for others), and then book a new spot.
*If you have already paid, you can skip the payment process.

  • Option2- Cancel bookings:​​​
Follow our 24-hour cancellation policy (ET). Each of you must log in to the booking site and cancel your own booking.
*If you already made a payment, please email us.

  • Option3-Attend at the regular price ($10):
If your buddy can't make it but you'd still like to join the session, please email us to attend at the regular price.
If you’ve already paid the $7 promo rate, we’ll send you a link to pay the remaining balance.
Please complete payment at least 24 hours before the class starts (ET) , and make sure your buddy cancels their booking to free the spot. 

*Important: We do not allow reselling or giving your spot(s) to someone who is not registered. If this occurs, you and your buddy will be asked to leave the session, and payments will not be refunded. If you want to change your pair, the new participant must sign up on the booking site and notify us so we can update our records.

Holiday Promotion ("promo") Policy:

  • Basic rules: All other policies follow our standard Policies and T&Cs. They’re listed at the bottom of the 'Home' page.
  • Applicable classes: Holiday Promo is valid only for 45-minute Online Group Classes.
  • Pricing: $7 CAD + tax per participant (regular price: $10 each).
  • Participation: To use the promo, you and your buddy must each book and complete our ‘intake form and liability waiver’. You and your buddy must attend the same class(es), not different ones.
  • Cancellation: 24-hour cancellation policy. We will not charge for the session fee if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. After 24 hours’ notice, we charge 100% of the full session fee to ensure fairness.
  • Important: We do not allow reselling or giving your spot(s) to someone who is not registered.If this occurs, you and your partner will be asked to leave, and payments will not be refunded.If you want to change your pair, the new participant must sign up on the booking site and notify us so we can update our records.
